Welcome to the FixAtlas AI documentation. Here you'll find everything you need to get started and make the most of our platform.

Getting Started

FixAtlas AI helps you build a searchable knowledge graph from your maintenance documentation, work orders, and sensor data.

To get started:

  1. Sign in to your account at app.fixatlas.tech
  2. Complete the onboarding wizard to configure your workspace
  3. Upload your first documents or connect an integration
  4. Start searching your knowledge base

Uploading Documents

FixAtlas AI supports multiple document formats:

  • PDF files (including scanned documents with OCR)
  • Microsoft Word (.docx, .doc)
  • Plain text files (.txt)
  • Markdown files (.md)

To upload documents, navigate to Documents → Upload and drag files into the upload area.

Searching

Use natural language to search your knowledge base. Examples:

"How do I replace the hydraulic pump on a Model X500?"
"Error code E-4521 troubleshooting steps"
"Preventive maintenance schedule for conveyor belts"

Integrations

Connect FixAtlas AI to your existing systems:

  • CMMS: SAP PM, IBM Maximo, ServiceNow
  • IoT Platforms: AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, OSIsoft PI
  • Document Storage: SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox

User Management

Administrators can manage users from Settings → Users. Available roles:

  • Admin: Full access to all features and settings
  • Editor: Can upload and edit documents
  • Viewer: Read-only access to search and view
